»	The intending applicant(s) has shown interest in the membership of FB India Marketing with full knowledge and subject to all the laws/ notification and rules applicable to this membership in general which have been explained by the company and understood by him/her.
»	The intending applicant(s) has fully satisfied himself/herself about benefits and privileges offered by the company under this membership and have understood all limitations and obligations in respect thereof. And there will be no more investigation or objection by the intending applicant(s) in this respect.
»	This is a Pre-launch joining. Member agrees to be bound by the formal terms and conditions of the membership contemplated by the company at the time of formal launch. Formal terms and conditions will be supplied to the applicant / member accordingly.
»	The company shall have the full right to effect suitable and necessary alterations and modifications in the membership plan, distribution plan, as and when necessary which may involve all or any of the terms.
»	The intending applicant(s) shall not be entitled to get the name of his/her nominee(s) substituted in his/her place without the prior approval of the company who may, at it sole discretion , permit the same on such terms as it may deem fit.
»	In case of any delay/ calling off of the said project, customer shall still be entitled to use the services promised. The incentive under this plan shall only be distributed till the last closing week. The announcement for the same shall be deem to be communicated once it is posted on the website
»	The intending applicant(s) agrees to reimburse to the company and to pay on demand all taxes, levies or pay assessments whether levied now or livieable in future.
»	The intending applicant(s) shall provide his/her complete address registered with the Company at the time of application and it shall be his/her responsibility to inform the company by registered A/D letter / update the same on website about all subsequent changes, if any in his/her address, failing which company shall not be responsible for any failure of communication by the company in future.
»	The intending applicant(s) undertakes to abide by all the laws, rule and regulation or any laws as may be made applicable to the said membership by the legislatures or any authority.
»	The applicant(s) shall not use the membership for any activity other than the use specified for.
»	Company’s decision shall be final and binding regarding all policy matters and no objection shall be entertained regarding the same.
»	In an event it is not mentioned in the form that applicant should join in left or right leg he will automatically join in left leg.
»	Courts at Shimoga alone shall have jurisdiction in all matters arising out of or incidental to this transaction.
